Bedrooms
Villa Cardan sleeps 6 people as standard, but can sleep 8 people at owner’s discretion (please make request directly to owner for this)

1. This very spacious property has a Master Bedroom with En-Suite comprising of Spa bath, bidet, toilet and shower, King Size bed, Telephone and 32inch flat screen TV and DVD.

2. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which will zip together to make a double bed. This also has flat screen TV and DVD.

3. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and flat screen TV and DVD. The house bathroom has a walk in shower. Hair dryers in each bathroom.

Outside
This property is fully air conditioned for the summer, and central heated should you need this for the winter. All linens and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels though).

Villa Cardan has nearly 40m2 of outside covered terrace, with built in BBQ area, 2 sets of outside seating for those of you who like to dine al-fresco. Plenty of sunbathing area and sun loungers around the 24’x12’ south facing swimming pool.

All this luxury with the added bonus of superb landscaped gardens, palm trees and lakes with amazing views of the surrounding mountains, yet just a short distance from the lively Murcia town centre and only 10 minutes to the Mar Menor beach area.
